Kazakhstan, Belarus Sign Deals Worth Over $100 Million

Kazakhstan and Belarus have signed agreements worth more than $100 million during Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov’s official visit to Minsk, with contracts covering industrial cooperation, vehicle deliveries and other exports.

Kazakhstan’s Trade and Integration Minister Arman Shakkaliyev said that the two countries discussed ways to strengthen trade and economic ties during the visit, according to Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Trade and Integration.

Bilateral trade has shown positive momentum, with Kazakhstan’s exports to Belarus increasing by more than 35% in the first seven months of 2026.

Among the agreements, Kazakhstan’s Hyundai Trans Auto LLP will supply 790 commercial vehicles to Belarusian company RCM LLC in 2027-2028. The contract is valued at least $30 million.

The country’s vehicle manufacturers have confirmed export potential of up to 4,500 vehicles annually in the Belarusian market.

The two sides also agreed on supplies of Kazakh beverages and other products to Belarus.

Industrial cooperation and reciprocal supplies remain key areas of economic partnership between the two countries, the ministry said.
