Investment in the sector remains high, with 592 billion tenge allocated to tourism-related fixed assets. Accommodation services alone generated 151 billion tenge in revenue during the reporting period, signaling robust demand and growing confidence in the industry.
Currently, Kazakhstan operates 4,442 officially registered accommodation facilities nationwide, offering a combined capacity of more than 232,000 beds to serve both domestic and international travelers.
The latest figures highlight Kazakhstan’s emergence as a key tourism destination in Central Asia. The country’s upward trajectory aligns with broader regional trends, as nations like the UAE also push forward with major leisure and infrastructure projects to boost global tourism appeal.
