Kyrgyz Goods Enter Azerbaijan With New Trade House

Kyrgyzstan has expanded its commercial footprint in the South Caucasus with the official opening of a Trade House for Kyrgyz-made goods in Baku, Azerbaijan.

The initiative was launched by an Azerbaijani entrepreneur with support from the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Azerbaijan and the chambers of commerce and industry of both countries, underscoring growing momentum in bilateral trade ties, The Caspian Post reports via Kyrgyz media.

During the opening ceremony, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Nomads Tradition LLC and OKUKLU HOLDING LLC, setting the stage for joint promotion and distribution of Kyrgyz products in the Azerbaijani market.

The signing was attended by Temir Sariev, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kyrgyzstan, and Maksat Mamytkanov, highlighting official backing for the project.

The new Trade House is expected to help Kyrgyz manufacturers reach new buyers, strengthen business-to-business links, and diversify export channels-complementing broader efforts to deepen economic cooperation, as international partners like the World Bank continue to back development projects in Kyrgyzstan.
