Kyrgyzstan has successfully launched 102 industrial enterprises as part of the “100 Industrial Enterprises - 2024” initiative.
This is reflected in the latest data on the country’s socio-economic development for the year, The Caspian Post reports, citing Kyrgyz media.
The largest of them are:
- Isfairam-1 small HPP in Kadamjai, Kurak-Tektir in Nookat,
- Kara-Bulak trade and logistics zone in At-Bashy,
- Eti Bakyr-Tereksai new mill in Chatkal region of Jalal-Abad Oblast,
- Min-Bulak construction materials production enterprise in Naryn,
- Bek Cable LLC in Alamedin region for the production of electric wire,
- Terek-Tash cement plant in Kemin region,
- a gold bullion plant in Kara-Balta,
- oil refinery in Suzak,
- Agro Kush LLC in Issyk-Kul region for poultry meat processing,
- and other enterprises in the regions of the country.
The total investment for the implementation of these projects amounted to USD 796.8 million, and 8,315 new jobs were created.
