The talks focused on several key areas including the digitization of libraries, professional development for cultural specialists, and improvements to library infrastructure throughout Kyrgyzstan, The Caspian Post reports via Kyrgyz media.

Russian representatives confirmed the allocation of 30 university quotas for Kyrgyz students to enroll in Russian creative universities for the 2026/27 academic year. They also expressed strong interest in developing short-term educational programs aimed at enhancing skills and knowledge exchange.

Youth policy was another major topic during the meeting, with both sides agreeing to organize joint forums, youth exchange initiatives, and cultural events. These efforts aim to support young people and foster the development of creative industries in both countries.

This meeting builds on earlier agreements that granted Kyrgyzstan a total of 700 university admission quotas in Russia, highlighting the deepening educational and cultural partnership between the two nations.
