Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in Kyrgyzstan on a state visit.
Putin is scheduled to take part in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit in Bishkek, which is being held from August 31 to September 1, TASS reports.
The summit brings together leaders from SCO member states and other participating countries to discuss key international and regional issues, as well as prospects for strengthening cooperation within the organization.
