The U-17 national futsal team of Kyrgyzstan has faced a tough loss against their Uzbek counterparts in a friendly match held in Tashkent.
The host team, Uzbekistan, delivered a dominant performance, winning the game with a decisive score of 8-2, The Caspian Post reports via Kyrgyz media.
A second friendly match between the two sides is scheduled for October 21, also in the Uzbek capital, providing an opportunity for the Kyrgyz team to regroup and improve.
The matches are part of Kyrgyzstan’s training camp, aimed at preparing the young squad for the upcoming Asian Youth Games in Bahrain, where they will compete against top teams from across the continent.
