Azerbaijan: Progress Made in Peace Process

"Positive advancements have been made in the normalization process between Azerbaijan and Armenia this year. For instance, the delimitation and demarcation of certain parts of the state border between the two countries took place in April," said Jeyhun Bayramov, Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, in an interview with journalists, The Caspian Post reports citing Azertac.

According to him, meetings were held with the Armenian side regarding the peace agreement, and discussions on the text of the agreement also took place.

"Despite several unresolved issues, certain advancements have been made in the peace process," he added.
