Russian forces have launched new attacks on energy facilities in Kharkiv, Odesa, and Donetsk, triggering hourly power outages and electricity restrictions for industries across most of Ukraine.
Emergency teams are working to repair and restore damaged infrastructure, as authorities urge citizens to conserve electricity, especially during morning and evening peak hours, to help stabilize the grid, The Caspian Post reports via Ukrainian media.
Updated outage schedules are being published on the websites of regional energy providers.
The latest strikes come after a night of drone activity in southern Ukraine, where Russian forces reportedly launched around 20 Shahed drones. Early on November 11, air raid alerts sounded across Kyiv and several other regions amid ballistic missile threats, with explosions reported in the Kharkiv area.
