Turkish authorities have detained 409 suspects during a large-scale operation targeting cybercrime networks across 29 provinces.
The coordinated raids focused on individuals suspected of involvement in online fraud, illegal gambling operations, and other cyber-related offenses, The Caspian Post reports via the Turkish Interior Ministry.

According to the Interior Ministry, the arrests were made over the past six days as part of an intensified nationwide campaign against cybercrime.
Of 409 suspects detained, 213 have been formally arrested and placed in custody. Another 117 individuals have been released under judicial supervision measures, while legal proceedings and investigations continue for the remaining suspects.
The operations are part of Türkiye’s broader efforts to combat digital crime, protect citizens from online scams, and dismantle networks involved in illegal internet-based activities.
