The 6th Meeting of the Special Representatives and Envoys of Central Asian States and the EU for Afghanistan took place in Dushanbe on February 5, according to the Foreign Ministry of Tajikistan.
The meeting participants exchanged views on the socio-economic and political developments in Afghanistan since the last meeting in February 2024, as well as on the approaches of the Central Asian countries and the EU to assisting Afghanistan, The Caspian Post reports citing foreign media.
They also focused on the human rights situation, especially for women and girls, in Afghanistan and the security challenges and threats.
