Turkmen Law Student Takes 2nd Place at Global Science Contest

N. Bayriev, a fourth-year law student at Magtymguly Turkmen State University, won second place at the 23rd International Research Competition “Best Scientific Work - 2025”.

The competition, organized by the International Center for Scientific and Educational Cooperation in Penza, Russia, allowed participants to present their research online, The Caspian Post reports via Turkmen media.

Bayriev’s paper, “The Legal Foundations of National Security in Turkmenistan and the Specifics of Ensuring It,” was highly praised by the jury for its depth and relevance.

His work was supervised by O. Sukhanberdieva, senior lecturer at the Department of Constitutional Law and a candidate of legal sciences.
