Turkmen National Leader Sends Congratulations to President Ilham Aliyev

The National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, The Caspian Post reports.

The letter reads,
