Turkmenistan Welcomes Karaca’s New Online Shopping Experience

Karaca, a prominent international brand known for its tableware, home textiles, and décor, has officially launched a new digital shopping platform in Turkmenistan, expanding its footprint in the region’s retail market.

The brand’s new website and mobile application, now available on both iOS and Android, aims to offer a more accessible and user-friendly experience for local customers, The Caspian Post reports per Turkmen media.

The initiative marks a key step in the digital transformation of Turkmenistan’s retail sector, enabling residents to browse and order Karaca’s premium products from the comfort of their homes.

According to company representatives, the online platform features intuitive navigation, advanced search filters, and secure payment options, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping process. One of the main customer perks is free delivery within Ashgabat for all purchases made through the digital platform.

Karaca is also offering exclusive online discounts, some of which are more generous than in-store promotions-reaching up to 60 per cent off selected items.

To mark the launch, Karaca Turkmenistan has announced a giveaway: customers who place an order via the website or mobile app by August 31, 2025, will automatically be entered into a draw to win a premium vacuum cleaner. The winner will be revealed on September 1 through the brand’s social media channels.

The new digital services are part of Karaca's broader effort to align with global retail trends and improve customer convenience in Turkmenistan.
