A working group led by Uzbek Minister of Investments, Industry, and Trade, Laziz Kudratov, is currently visiting the US to hold high-level meetings with leading American companies and financial institutions.
The discussions focus on expanding trade and economic cooperation, attracting investment, and providing Uzbek companies with access to international capital markets, The Caspian Post reports via Uzbek media.
Key areas of focus include collaboration in the banking and financial sectors, as well as exploring opportunities for deeper engagement with the US stock market.
The delegation is also meeting with major US companies in healthcare, hospitality, real estate development, innovation, and high-tech industries. A dedicated series of discussions addresses digital solutions and artificial intelligence, examining ways to implement innovations in public services and industrial production in Uzbekistan.
At the conclusion of the talks, both sides reaffirmed the strategic nature of Uzbek-American partnership and expressed readiness to expand cooperation across key sectors.
The delegation’s program in the US is ongoing, with further meetings scheduled to strengthen economic, technological, and investment ties.
