Uzbekistan, India Boost Ties in High-Level Diplomatic Talks

Bahromjon Aloyev, First Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan, has met with Smita Pant, Ambassador of India to Uzbekistan, to discuss enhancing bilateral cooperation.

During the talks, both sides focused on developing partnership ties, expanding investment interaction, and implementing joint projects in priority sectors, The Caspian Post reports via Uzbek media.

Special attention was paid to advancing previously agreed initiatives, preparing mutual visits at various levels, and organizing the next round of political consultations in Delhi scheduled for January 2026.

The meeting concluded with the agreement on an action plan for 2026 aimed at further strengthening the Uzbekistan-India relations and boosting collaboration across key areas.
