Uzbekistan’s Fruit, Vegetable Exports Surge to $1.7B in 2025

From January to October 2025, Uzbekistan exported 1.8 million tons of fruits and vegetables, earning $1.7 billion, up 39.7 per cent compared to the same period last year.

Fruits and vegetables now account for 5.9 per cent of the country’s total exports, The Caspian Post reports via Uzbek media.

Major export volumes included fruits and berries (523,200 tons), vegetables (524,800 tons), watermelons and melons (231,500 tons), peanuts and nuts (21,800 tons), and mung beans (86,200 tons).

The growth highlights Uzbekistan’s expanding presence in global agricultural markets.
