The program, led by the Ministry of Digital Technologies in collaboration with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), is set to run from 2025 through 2027, The Caspian Post reports via Uzbek media.

It targets 45 employees from the ministry and its affiliated bodies, who will participate in phased training sessions held in South Korea.

Participants will attend intensive two-week professional development courses focused on key areas such as e-government policy formulation and implementation, enhancing public service delivery through artificial intelligence, fostering social innovation, and learning from South Korea’s expertise in managing open data.

Officials expect the program to play a pivotal role in strengthening Uzbekistan’s civil service capabilities and elevating the quality and efficiency of services provided to citizens.
