Iran’s Deputy FM Hails Constructive Talks with IAEA Chief

Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi described his discussions with IAEA Director-General Rafael Grossi in Vienna on Monday, March 17, 2025, as "constructive."

"I had a frank and constructive conversation with the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency," Gharibabadi wrote on his X account, The Caspian Post reports, citing IRNA.

The deputy foreign minister said that during the meeting, the two sides discussed cooperation between Iran and the IAEA, the resolution of the two outstanding issues, the security of nuclear facilities and the latest developments surrounding the nuclear program and the lifting of sanctions.
