Berdalin noted that inspections by China of Kazakh enterprises were conducted this year, with results pending. Additionally, a dossier has been submitted to the World Society for the Protection of Animals seeking recognition of the northwestern region as foot-and-mouth disease-free, boosting export potential for domestic producers.
