Konstantin Li claimed a bronze medal in the Grappling Gi category for the up to 100 kg weight class, defeating his Spanish opponent in the decisive bout for third place, The Caspian Post reports via Kyrgyz media.

Meanwhile, fellow Kyrgyz competitor Zhyldyzbek Abylbekov has advanced to the finals in the Grappling Gi division for athletes weighing up to 58 kg, keeping Kyrgyzstan’s hope high for another medal.
