Kyrgyzstan ranks among the top five countries importing Russian sparkling wine.
From January to November 2025, Russia exported over 2,000 tons of sparkling wine worth more than $3.3 million, up 30 per cent in volume and 41 per cent in value compared to the same period in 2024, when 1,600 tons totaling $2.3 million were exported, The Caspian Post reports via Kyrgyz media.
Kazakhstan and China led the import market, accounting for 28 per cent and 27 per cent of exports, followed by Belarus (17 per cent), Kyrgyzstan (6 per cent), and Abkhazia (5 per cent).
