Kyrgyzstan Appoints New Prime Minister

Adylbek Kasymaliyev has been appointed as the prime minister of Kyrgyzstan, according to the Kyrgyz presidential press service on Wednesday, The Caspian Post reports citing Interfax-International.

"Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov has signed an executive order to appoint Adylbek Kasymaliyev prime minister," the press service said.

Other presidential orders appointed Daniyar Amangeldiyev first deputy prime minister and Bakyt Sydykov economy and commerce minister.

It was reported on Monday that Prime Minister Akylbek Japarov had resigned due to transfer to another job.
