Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia Join Forces to Process Gold-Bearing Raw Materials

The Kyrgyz National Investment Agency has announced that the recent Kyrgyz-Mongolian Business Forum in Bishkek, brought together top business and government representatives from both countries.

The forum culminated in the signing of several pivotal agreements designed to boost bilateral trade and investment, The Caspian Post reports via Kyrgyz media.

Kyrgyzaltyn company and the Central Bank of Mongolia inked an agency contract to process gold-bearing raw materials in the form of dore alloy, followed by commercial sales.

Further agreements included a Memorandum of Understanding between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic and the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Mongolia, along with the establishment of a Kyrgyz-Mongolian Business Council to facilitate ongoing collaboration.

Additionally, a memorandum of intent was signed between Kyrgyz company Ozon and Mongolian firm HushKhan, signaling expanding cooperation in the private sector.
