Kyrgyzstan's President Sadyr Japarov received Turkish Ambassador Ahmet Sadik Dogan, on the occasion of the completion of his diplomatic mission in Kyrgyzstan.
The head of state expressed gratitude to Ahmet Sadik Dogan for his personal contribution to the development and strengthening of strategic cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Türkiye, The Caspian Post reports, citing Kyrgyz media.
Sadyr Japarov, noting the active development of comprehensive interaction between the parliaments and government bodies of the two countries, highly appreciated the established warm fraternal relations with Türkiye.
The president also recalled the positive results of the state visit of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Kyrgyzstan, which took place last year.
"Türkiye is one of the most important and reliable partners for the Kyrgyz Republic. The trusting and open strategic dialogue that has developed between our countries helps to resolve a wide range of issues on the agenda,” the head of state said.
Turkish Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Ahmet Sadik Dogan thanked the head of state for his support and cooperation during his stay in the country and expressed confidence in the further development of cooperation between the two countries in all areas.
He also noted that Türkiye made an official statement regarding yesterday's agreements between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan and expressed its congratulations on this important event for the region.
