Drone Strike on Turkish Bulk Carrier in Black Sea Leaves One Dead, Three Injured

A Turkish cargo ship carrying coal from Russia to Türkiye came under a drone attack in the Black Sea, leaving one crew member dead and three others injured.

The bulk carrier Mv Reyhan Sarı was sailing from Russia's Port of Taman to the Turkish port of Trabzon when it was struck by a drone, The Caspian Post reports via Turkish newspaper Sabah.

"The drone attack on the Turkish vessel killed one crew member and wounded three other sailors," the report said.
