Rescue operations continue in Ukraine's Ternopil city after a Russian missile strike destroyed a multi-story residential building.
Officials said that search-and-rescue teams have been working for four consecutive days, The Caspian Post reports via the Ukrainian National Police.
The death toll has risen to 33, including six children, though authorities warned that the number of casualties may still increase as several people remain missing.
The attack took place during a large-scale Russian strike on November 19 morning, which involved drones and cruise missiles. The strike completely demolished a nine-story building and ignited a fire in another nearby residential structure.
Emergency personnel, local authorities, and volunteers are continuing efforts to locate survivors and assist affected families amid challenging conditions, as the city mourns the victims and assesses the damage.
