A Russian missile strike on the suburbs of Ukraine's Kharkiv city has killed one person and injured 11 others.
Oleg Synehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, said on Telegram that the injured have been hospitalized and are receiving high-quality medical care, The Caspian Post reports via Ukrainian media.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov added that the Russian forces targeted a local thermal power plant in the nearby suburbs. The strikes caused a significant drop in electricity voltage, affecting both heating systems and the operation of public transport in the city.
