Tajik Delegation Arrives in Kyrgyzstan for Cultural Exchange

A delegation of leading media representatives from the Republic of Tajikistan has arrived in Kyrgyzstan for a familiarization visit aimed at strengthening ties in the information sector.

The visit was organized under the directive of Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov and coordinated by his press secretary, Askat Alagozov, The Caspian Post reports, citing Kyrgyz media.

The initiative seeks to promote professional exchange and enhance mutual understanding, neighborly relations, and trust between the peoples of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

During their stay, the Tajik journalists will tour major Kyrgyz media outlets and participate in a cultural program that highlights national traditions, ethnotourism, natural landmarks, and the hospitality of Kyrgyzstan.

Such visits help foster lasting professional and friendly connections between the media communities of both countries, while deepening cooperation in humanitarian and information spheres.

Similar initiatives have successfully engaged journalists from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
