Tajik FM, UN Coordinator Discuss Stronger Ties and Global Event Preparation

Tajik Foreign Minister, Sirojiddin Muhriddin, has met this week with Kavilmadam Ramaswami Parvathy, the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Tajikistan, to discuss key areas of cooperation and preparations for upcoming international engagements.

The meeting focused on reviewing the current level of collaboration between Tajikistan and UN agencies, with both sides expressing commitment to further strengthening their partnership, The Caspian Post reports via Kazakh media.

The discussions also addressed coordination for several high-level international events in which Tajikistan is expected to actively participate.

The talks underscored the mutual interest in promoting sustainable development, enhancing regional stability, and supporting the country’s long-term strategic goals through continued UN assistance and joint initiatives.
