Iran and Tajikistan signed a broad economic cooperation agreement during the 17th Joint Commission meeting held Tuesday in Shiraz, aiming to deepen bilateral ties across several key sectors.
The Protocol was signed by Minister of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan Daler Juma and Iran’s Minister of Energy Abbas Aliabadi, The Caspian Post reports, citing Khovar.
It should be noted that within the framework of the meeting the issues of expansion of technical, scientific and cultural cooperation, as well as establishment of committees and working groups for realization of reached agreements and development of further interaction were discussed.
