The Uzatom Agency and the Hungarian company MVM EGI Zrt. have entered into a partnership by signing a cooperation agreement and a Memorandum of Understanding.
According to the Agency, these documents provide for long-term collaboration between the two countries on joint projects in nuclear technology, the implementation of new developments, the supply of cooling systems for construction sites, and the training and retraining of specialists, The Caspian Post reports citing UzA.
The agreements also outline mechanisms for cooperation in constructing nuclear power plants.
The MVM EGI Zrt. was founded in 1948 and has extensive experience developing high-tech energy solutions.
It is noted that these documents were signed as part of the official visit of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Hungary.
