Georgia and Kazakhstan are set to sign a joint declaration on a strategic partnership during Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze's official visit to Astana, marking a significant milestone in bilateral relations.
The announcement was made by Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili, who said the document will formalize a new stage of cooperation between the two countries, The Caspian Post reports via TASS.
Botchorishvili said that the strategic partnership declaration is a logical continuation of the close ties Georgia and Kazakhstan have maintained for many years while also elevating their relationship to a new level.
