Kazakhstan's national railway operator, Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ), has signed a series of cooperation agreements worth nearly $400 million with Chinese partners during a business forum in Shanghai.
The agreements cover a wide range of strategic sectors, including IT infrastructure, port and terminal logistics, shipbuilding, the digitalization of transport operations, and the development of international transport corridors, The Caspian Post reports via KTZ.
The company said the newly signed deals are aimed at implementing joint projects and further expanding long-term cooperation with Chinese partners.
