The Kazakh Ministry of Science and Higher Education has announced that Kozybayev University in North Kazakhstan will welcome 100 students from Türkiye annually to participate in dual-degree programs with the University of Arizona, following a new partnership with Eurostar Overseas Education Consultancy.
The initiative is designed to enhance the university’s international standing, The Caspian Post informs via Kazakh media.
Eurostar Overseas Education Consultancy, a leading international education provider with over 20 years of experience and a wide global network, assists students in selecting top universities, offers academic guidance, and organizes overseas study opportunities.
As part of the program, Turkish students will begin with a foundation year in Petropavl, focusing on intensive English language training and preparation for admission into the dual-degree programs.
This year, more than 350 students enrolled in University of Arizona programs at Kozybayev University, including 153 in dual-degree tracks. With a growing student body from China and the US, the addition of Turkish students further strengthens the university’s position in the global higher education arena, the ministry emphasized.
