Thunderstorms to Hit Most Regions of Kazakhstan

Most regions of Kazakhstan are expected to experience thundershowers.

While the central and southern parts of the country will see dry and clear weather, a heatwave is predicted to affect the Atyrau, Mangistau, and West Kazakhstan regions, The Caspian Post reports, citing Kazakh media.

Authorities have also issued warnings about an elevated fire risk, with a high threat level persisting across Pavlodar, West Kazakhstan, Mangistau, Atyrau, and Aktobe regions.

Earlier forecasts indicated rain and thunderstorms would continue in various parts of Kazakhstan between August 5 and 7.
