Trade Turnover Between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan Rose by 27% in the January–February Period

According to the National Statistics Committee, trade turnover between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan grew by 27% in January-February 2025, The Caspian Post informs via AkiPress.

The volume of trade between the countries amounted to $204.6 million.

Exports from Kyrgyzstan to Kazakhstan increased by 15% to $50.6 million. They were dominated by ores and concentrates of precious metals, plastic products, cement products, tractors, dairy products, and clothing.

Imports increased by 31.9% to $154 million. Petroleum products, cigarettes, soft drinks, flour, ferrous metals, and petroleum products (bitumen, coke) were imported.
