Kyrgyzstan Receives 250,000 Hepatitis Vaccine Doses

Kyrgyzstan has received 250,000 doses of hepatitis vaccines, announced Deputy Minister of Health Ryspbek Sydygaliev, highlighting the government’s push for early diagnosis and prevention.

Sydygaliev made these remarks during a parliamentary committee meeting on agricultural policy, water resources, subsoil use, ecology, and environmental protection, The Caspian Post reports via Kyrgyz media.

The vaccine requires three doses and is available free of charge at family medicine centers. Citizens can also get tested for hepatitis for free.

The Ministry of Health emphasizes that these measures aim at early diagnosis and prevention of the disease.
