An investment agreement for the project was signed in Bishkek between representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, RECA LLC, and Rox Energy Global. The solar power plant is scheduled for completion in 2027.
During the meeting, the parties discussed several key areas, including land allocation, grid connectivity, government assistance, and a phased implementation plan.

The company is currently implementing several investment initiatives in Kyrgyzstan, aiming to contribute to the country’s socio-economic development and create long-term value in energy and beyond.
