SOCAR Welcomes Uzbekneftegaz Employees for Skill-Building Exchange

The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) has hosted an internship program for employees of Uzbekneftegaz.

The initiative is part of ongoing cooperation between the two companies, involving exchange programs across multiple sectors of the oil and gas industry, The Caspian Post reports via SOCAR.

From September 8 to 12, Uzbekneftegaz staff participated in a specialized internship focused on "Human Resource Management."

During the program, participants met with SOCAR Vice President Ziba Mustafayeva to discuss the importance of knowledge exchange, partnership opportunities, and future collaboration prospects.

The delegation also toured SOCAR’s Baku Higher Oil School and the Training, Education, and Certification Department, gaining valuable insights into modern industry practices and professional development initiatives.
