Uzbekistan Boosts Honey Output by 4.8% in H1 2025

In the first half of 2025, Uzbekistan produced 6,600 tons of honey, reflecting a 4.8 per cent increase compared to the same period last year.

Bukhara Region led honey production with 1,057 tons, followed closely by Jizzakh Region with 1,004.8 tons. Fergana Region contributed 792.3 tons, and Kashkadarya Region added 610.3 tons, The Caspian Post informs via Uzbek media.

The Republic of Karakalpakstan produced 533.9 tons, Navoi Region 545 tons, and Khorezm Region 506.8 tons.

Other regions recorded moderate outputs, including Andijan with 334.2 tons, Surkhandarya 318.3 tons, Namangan 276.9 tons, and Samarkand 261.9 tons.

The lowest honey production was reported in Syrdarya Region at 178.7 tons and Tashkent Region at 169.6 tons.
