The World Bank organized a high-level event on "Raising the Ambition: Transforming Energy and Water Systems in Europe and Central Asia" on the sidelines of COP29 in Baku, The Caspian Post reports.
In his speech, Zaur Mikayilov, Chairman of the State Water Resources Agency, emphasized ongoing reforms to address water losses and outlined strategies to combat climate change and its effects.
