Kazakhstan Names New Presidential Adviser

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a decree appointing Bakhytzhan Sapiyev as adviser to the president.

Sapiyev was relieved of his previous position in connection with the new appointment, The Caspian Post informs via Kazakh media.

In a separate presidential decree, Yernar Basspayev has been dismissed from his role as adviser to the president.
