Chinese Official Heads to Kyrgyzstan for High-Level Talks and Cooperation Boost

Chairman of the Standing Committee of China’s National People’s Congress, Zhao Leji, will pay an official visit to Kyrgyzstan from July 23 to 24, highlighting deepening bilateral cooperation through a series of high-level meetings and official engagements.

A key highlight of the visit will be bilateral talks between Zhao Leji and Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh (the Kyrgyz parliament), Nurlanbek Shakiev, during which the two leaders will discuss a wide range of issues of mutual interest, The Caspian Post reports, citing Kyrgyz media.

The agenda is expected to focus on enhancing interparliamentary dialogue, deepening strategic partnership, and promoting cooperation in key sectors such as trade, investment, infrastructure, and cultural exchange.
