Regional Security & Economic Growth

Japarov noted that since the first summit, the security situation in Central Asia has improved significantly. He praised Russia’s vital role as a leading trade and investment partner and underscored regional economic growth, rising living standards, and expanding domestic markets. He said there are considerable opportunities for large-scale infrastructure cooperation with Russia.

Transport, Trade & Connectivity

A major theme of the address was expanding cooperation in transport and logistics.
