Up to 700 Kyrgyz Officials to Gain Skills Through Training in China

Up to 700 state and municipal employees from Kyrgyzstan are set to undergo training programs in China.

The initiative stems from a previously signed memorandum aimed at strengthening the professional skills and qualifications of Kyrgyz officials through cooperation with the People’s Republic of China, The Caspian Post informs via Kyrgyz media.

Some 500 employees completed short-term programs in 2024. Initially, only 50 slots were allocated, but negotiations expanded the number tenfold to 500.

By the end of 2025, between 500 and 700 officials are expected to take part in further training courses in China.
