Tajikistan and South Korea Conduct Inter-MFA Political Consultations

Tajikistan and South Korea held political consultations at the departmental head level on May 13, according to Tajikistan's Foreign Ministry.

During the consultations, the parties expressed readiness to expand cooperation, strengthen inter-ministerial contacts, enhance the legal framework and development of economic cooperation between Tajikistan and the Republic of Korea, The Caspian Post reports.

The delegation of Korea was also received by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Farrukh Sharifzoda. The sides considered the development of bilateral and multilateral relations between Tajikistan and Korea, as well as the perspective spheres of collaboration in the framework of "Central Asia-Republic of Korea" Cooperation Forum.
