Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan Deepen Dialogue on Dynamic Bilateral Cooperation

Uzbek Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov has recently held a telephone conversation with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Jeyhun Bayramov, to discuss key issues on the evolving bilateral agenda.

During the call, Saidov extended congratulations to Bayramov on the signing of the historic agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia, The Caspian Post reports per Uzbek media.

Both ministers underscored the significance of the joint declaration as a vital step toward achieving lasting and sustainable peace, as well as promoting prosperity across the wider region.

The two leaders also noted that this breakthrough opens new avenues for enhancing cooperation and strengthening ties between Central Asia and the South Caucasus, signaling promising prospects for regional stability and development.
