On March 11, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan left for France on a state visit, following an invitation from French President Emmanuel Macron.
The visit program in Paris includes high-level negotiations at the Élysée Palace and a series of meetings with officials and representatives of leading French companies, The Caspian Post reports citing UzA.
Current issues concerning the further development and strengthening of multifaceted relations between Uzbekistan and France will be discussed.
A package of interstate, intergovernmental, and interagency agreements is expected to be signed following the summit.
