Kazakh, Uzbek Presidents Discuss Deepening Strategic Partnership

Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and his Uzbek counterpart Shavkat Mirziyoyev have held talks at Tashkent’s Humo International Airport, focusing on deepening ties and enhancing the Kazakh-Uzbek strategic partnership.

President Tokayev arrived in Tashkent for a state visit at the invitation of Mirziyoyev, who personally welcomed him with a ceremonial reception, The Caspian Post informs via Kazakh media.

The two leaders are set to hold bilateral talks and co-chair the second meeting of the Kazakhstan-Uzbekistan Supreme Interstate Council, underlining their commitment to strengthening cooperation across politics, economy, and regional development.
